The terms of use below (hereinafter "these Terms") stipulate the conditions of use and rights between BANDAI SPIRITS CO., LTD. (hereinafter "our Company") and users in regards to the downloadable image data (hereinafter "the Materials," as defined in Article 1) available on the plastic model series "30 MINUTES SISTERS" official site (hereinafter referred to as "this Site").
Before using the Materials, please read and agree to these Terms in their entirety. By using the Materials, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Minors must have a guardian (their legal representative) review these Terms, and obtain their consent before using the Materials.

Article 1 (The Materials)

"The Materials" refers exclusively to the images listed below, which are downloadable materials available on the "EXTRA" page of this Site. Usage of any other content on this Site is not permitted without prior authorization from our Company.

The Materials: Icons for use on social media, official backgrounds, illustrations, images of packaging, comics.

Article 2 (Permission of Use)

Our Company grants non-exclusive permission to use the Materials based on the conditions stipulated in these Terms.

Scope of Use: For personal use only, within the following scope:
Websites, blogs, social media

Article 3 (Intellectual Property Rights of The Materials)

All intellectual property rights related to the Materials belong to our Company or to a third party that has granted our Company permission to use the Materials. In the unlikely event that a User uses the Materials to create a derivative work, the copyrights of that derivative work (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act) will belong to our Company, or to a third party designated by our Company. In this case, the User shall not exercise their moral rights in regard to the aforementioned derivative work.

Article 4 (Prohibited Actions)

Users are prohibited from using the Materials to engage in any of the following actions:

1. 1. Using the Materials outside of the scope set in the "Scope of Use" stipulated in Article 2.
2. 2. Using the Materials in the production of goods, or having a third party produce such goods.
3. 3. Transferring, granting permissions for, or lending the Materials to a third party.
4. 4. Using the Materials for commercial purposes or other profit-making activities.
5. 5. Using the Materials to slander or defame our Company or a third party.
6. 6. Using the Materials in an excessively altered or modified state.
7. 7. Using the Materials to promote a product or service other than "30 MINUTES MISSIONS (30MM)," "30 MINUTES SISTERS (30MS)," "30 MINUTES FANTASY (30MF)," or other products within the 30 MINUTES series.
8. 8. Removing or modifying trademarks or copyright notices on the Materials.
9. 9. Using the Materials in a manner that violates laws, public order, or morals.
10. 10. Using the Materials on websites, etc. that violate laws, public order, or morals.
11. 11. Any other use of the Materials in a purpose, state, or manner deemed inappropriate by our Company.

Article 5 (Revoking of Permissions)

Should our Company discover usage of the Materials that falls under Article 4 (Prohibited Actions), we reserve the right to revoke permissions to use the Materials immediately, regardless of the reason. In such a case, the User must immediately cease usage of the Materials, delete the downloaded data (including copies) as well as dispose of or delete any works created using the Materials.

Article 6 (User's Responsibilities)

The User shall bear full responsibility and costs for resolving any disputes with third parties that arise from their actions using the Materials (including actions that violate the prohibitions outlined in Article 4). Our Company shall bear no responsibility or costs in such cases. Furthermore, if our Company or a third party incurs any damages as a result of such disputes, the User shall be liable for compensating those damages.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

Our Company shall not be held liable for any losses (including those incurred by claims from a third party) resulting from the use or inability to use the Materials (this includes cases where our Company ceases distribution of the Materials without prior notice, changes the specifications of the Materials without prior notice, or demands that the usage of the Materials be stopped).

Article 8 (Applicable Law and Agreed Jurisdiction)

The use of the Materials shall be governed by Japanese law. In the event of any dispute between our Company and the User, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance.
